Lucia Eversley leads a global team in delivering Business Intelligence solutions for the Beauty and Grooming business. She is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans that deliver business value. This includes management reporting, knowledge management, and collaboration capabilities that shorten the decision making cycle.

 

Lucia is an IT professional with 20+ years of experience in application planning, development and support. She successfully applies strategic thinking, business knowledge, project management, and business transformation skills with discipline to define actions and deliver results. Before her current assignment, Lucia worked on the Gillette integration, driving adoption of P&G market reporting/analytics product and services.

 

Lucia is an advocate for the development of people and enjoys teaching, mentoring, and coaching others. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Economics from Brandeis University and MBA in General Management from Simmons Graduate School of Management. She is currently located in Boston.
